Step 2: Show Us the Lower Price

If you’ve found the same tire at a lower installed price from a local competitor, bring in the proof. This can be a printed ad, a screenshot from their website, or an in-store price tag. The tire must be identical in brand, model, size, and specifications, including any applicable promotions.

Step 3: We Match the Price

Once we verify the competitor’s price, we’ll match it right there on the spot. You get the lower price combined with Plaza Tire Service‘s expert installation, certified technicians, and nationwide warranty.

What Qualifies for a Price Match

Our guarantee is designed to make sure you’re comparing the same product and the same level of service:

• Same tire: The competitor’s tire must be identical in brand, model, size, speed rating, and load index, including any applicable promotions. For example, if you’re looking at a Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady 225/65R17, the competitor’s price must be for that exact tire under the same type of offer.
• Local competitor: The competitor must be a brick-and-mortar tire retailer within 25 miles of the Plaza Tire Service location you’re visiting. They must provide the same level of service, including professional installation.
• In-stock and available: The tire must be currently in stock and available for purchase at the competitor’s location. We can’t match prices on tires they don’t actually have.
• Installed price: The comparison is based on the total installed price, including mounting, balancing, valve stems, and any applicable tire fees. Some competitors advertise a low tire price but add significant installation charges. We compare the total you’d actually pay.
• Verifiable pricing: You’ll need to provide proof of the lower price at the time of purchase. We accept printed ads, website screenshots, written quotes, or in-store price tags.

What’s Not Included

To keep the guarantee fair and straightforward, the following are excluded:

• Clearance, closeout, or liquidation pricing
• Online-only retailers that don’t install tires
• Third-party marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon third-party, etc.)
• Prices that combine multiple promotions, coupons, or membership discounts
• Pricing errors or limited-time flash sales
• Carry-out or non-installed tire purchases. Tires must be installed at the time of purchase to qualify.

The guarantee applies to local brick-and-mortar competitors who provide professional installation, not online-only retailers. We compare total installed prices because that’s what you actually pay. Many online retailers advertise low tire prices but charge separately for shipping, mounting, balancing, and valve stems.

What if the competitor’s price includes a manufacturer rebate?

We compare regular shelf prices, not prices that include manufacturer mail-in rebates, stacking promotions, or membership discounts. That said, we run our own manufacturer rebate promotions regularly. Check our Special Offers page for current tire deals.

Do I need to show proof of the lower price?

Yes. Bring a printed ad, a screenshot, a written quote, or direct us to the competitor’s website listing. Our team will verify the pricing and apply the match.

Does this apply to all tire brands?
